A Visit Just for You

Schedule Your Visit to Cedarville University:

We are excited that you are interested in Cedarville! We would love to create a campus visit experience for you that accommodates your area of interest and provides answers to your specific questions.

Call or register online at least two weeks before your planned visit date. If you are planning to bring a group to campus, please give us a call to make those arrangements.  Please note: the Admissions Office will not be coordinating group visits for the fall 2020 semester.

Fall 2020 Visit

A campus visit is the best way to see if Cedarville is the place for you. Our goal is to create a safe campus tour experience for you that allows you to see our beautiful campus and provide answers to your specific questions. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, our fall visit options have been adjusted and safety restrictions will be set-up for the safety of both our guests and our Cedarville family.

Fall visits are offered Monday through Friday at three time slots: 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 2:30 p.m. An 11:45 a.m. time slot will be available on select Fridays throughout the months of October and November. Each time slot will be limited to a maximum of eight registrants. Each registrant may bring up to two guests with them.

Each visit time will include the following:

  • Check-In
  • Introduction to Cedarville University
  • Campus Tour
  • The Cedarville University Experience Presentation
  • Admissions Counselor Q&A

Each prospective student and their guests will receive a complimentary meal ticket to enjoy a meal on campus following their campus visit.

Please note: The Admissions Office will not be scheduling one-on-one faculty or coach meetings during the visit. However, on the day of your visit, you will be provided a list of contacts for various questions you may have.

Winter Break Visit

A campus visit is the best way to see if Cedarville is the place for you. Our goal is to create a safe campus visit experience for you that allows you to see our beautiful campus and provides answers to your specific questions. Winter break visits are offered Monday through Friday at two time slots: 8:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. Each time slot will be limited to a maximum of eight registrants. Each registrant may bring up to two guests with them.

Each visit time will follow the same schedule:

  • Check-In
  • The Cedarville University Experience Presentation
  • Campus Tour with an Admissions Counselor

Please note: The Admissions Office will not be scheduling one-on-one faculty or coach meetings during the visit. However, following your visit, you will be provided a list of academic department contacts should you desire to request a virtual meeting.

Spring 2021 Visit

When class is in session, a typical visit is Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m – 4:00 p.m. Select Saturdays are available with limited activities.

Most weekday visits will include:

  • An Admissions Presentation
  • Daily chapel
  • A campus tour
  • dorm tour
  • Attending a class
  • Complimentary meal in the dining hall

At your request, the following can be added to your visit:

  • Meeting with an admissions counselor
  • Meeting with a professor
  • Meeting with a NCAA coach*

Please note: Meetings are subject to availability and are available during the fall and spring semesters, Monday through Friday. Check in time when class is not in session is 9:45 a.m.

* Prospective student athletes can view the athletic website regarding specific NCAA conflicts. (i.e. dead periods, rules, dates, etc.)
