Cedarville University president Dr. Thomas White shares the vision for a new Cedarville location in Clearwater, Florida — an opportunity for students to experience the same commitment to life transformation, biblical truth, and vocational preparation in a new setting.
Cedarville’s 1000 Days philosophy recognizes the college years as a significant season for students to grow in their faith, prepare for their calling, and learn to serve others with excellence. At Cedarville, that means more than earning a degree. It means learning through a biblical worldview in every classroom, growing in a love for God’s Word, and becoming more passionate about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It also means faculty and staff investing personally in students — praying together, sharing life together, and preparing students to align their God-given gifts and passions with their vocational calling.
Now, students have a new way to spend their 1000 Days. In Clearwater, students can be among the first to help build a new Cedarville community in Florida grounded in the same commitment to biblical truth and life transformation.
Through this new opportunity, Cedarville desires to serve local churches and come alongside students as they invest in the church, grow as disciples of Jesus Christ, and prepare to use their vocation as a platform for ministry. Every new student who joins this opportunity will also receive an inaugural scholarship.
Cedarville invites students to be part of something new in Florida — standing boldly for the Word of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ while preparing to serve wherever God calls them.
