After spring break, Cedarville students returned from Global Outreach trips after sharing the Gospel and spreading the love of Jesus Christ in places from Malawi to Salt Lake City. Please pray for fruit from the seeds planted through their faithful ministry. Our competition teams have continued to shine: Speech and debate won the state championships for the second year in a row with nine individual champions and 38 finalists. Our collegiate cyber defense competition team won the state championship and will advance to regionals at Purdue, while our center of academic excellence cyber games team won the Midwest regionals and will compete at nationals. Thirteen members of our indoor track and field team are competing at the NCAA National Championships — pray they represent Christ well.
Construction updates: the Bolthouse Academic Center is rising, and bricks are going up. You can purchase a brick paver for the Bolthouse patio as a stone of remembrance — in honor of a faculty member, to recognize a loved one, or as testimony to God’s faithfulness, echoing the children of Israel in the book of Joshua. We also lift up our alumni serving all over the world, many affected by recent events in the Middle East and many in military service. Join us in prayer for their safety, for peace — especially for Israel — and that we all will stand for the Word of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ.
