From Greek drama and Shakespeare to contemporary works and musical theatre, Cedarville’s theatre program embraces a wide range of genres that challenge students to think deeply and perform with purpose. Students perform in three mainstage productions each year in the DeVries Theatre, and gain real-world experience in costume and scene shops, box office and house management, and through senior theatre projects where they produce and direct their own shows. Classroom learning is enhanced by spaces like the CAD lab for design and the movement studio for physical training, providing an immersive environment where creativity and technical skill meet faith and purpose.
