A Cedarville graduate smiles for the camera. The honor reflects Cedarville’s distinctive approach to higher education, where faith and learning are intentionally woven together to equip students for both professional success and lifelong purpose. Among the University’s class of 2025 graduates, 98.3% were employed or enrolled in graduate school within six months, underscoring Cedarville’s effectiveness in career preparation and workforce readiness.

Cedarville offers degree programs aligned with high-demand, globally relevant fields, including nursing, engineering, cybersecurity, industrial and innovative design, social work, education and business. These programs emphasize practical experience, critical thinking and ethical leadership — key competencies sought by employers worldwide.

A Mission That Extends Beyond Career Success

While strong employment outcomes distinguish Cedarville, university leaders emphasize that its mission goes deeper than job placement. The institution is committed to developing graduates who are prepared for both career and ministry, integrating faith into every dimension of life and work.

“Rigorous academics, spiritual development and career preparation advance together to shape students for both vocation and life,” said Dr. Janice Supplee, dean of graduate studies

This holistic model resonates with students who desire an education grounded in Christian faith. At Cedarville, faith in Christ is not an isolated aspect of student life but the foundation that informs academic pursuits, extracurricular involvement and future career decisions.

Biblical Integration Shapes the Student Experience

Cedarville’s educational model is built on intentional biblical integration, ensuring that students engage their disciplines through a Christian worldview. Daily chapel services foster spiritual growth and community, while all students complete a Bible minor consisting of five courses, including Bible and the Gospel, Old Testament Literature, New Testament Literature and theology studies.

These courses equip students with the tools to interpret Scripture, think critically and engage contemporary cultural and global issues with clarity and conviction. In addition, Cedarville’s general education curriculum strengthens communication, analytical reasoning and intercultural awareness — essential skills for leadership in a globalized society.

Innovative Career Preparation and AI Integration

Recognizing the demands of a technology-driven economy, Cedarville continues to innovate in career preparation. In fall 2025, the University became the first evangelical Christian institution to implement artificial intelligence (AI) training campuswide, positioning students at the forefront of digital transformation in higher education.

Through this initiative, students develop technical fluency in AI while learning to apply ethical frameworks rooted in biblical principles. This integration ensures graduates are not only technologically competent but also guided by integrity, responsibility and global awareness in their professional roles.

Graduates Prepared for Impact

Cedarville students graduate equipped for meaningful careers and impactful lives, shaped by rigorous academics, intentional mentorship and a Christ-centered community. Faculty and staff invest deeply in students, fostering both intellectual growth and personal development that extends far beyond the classroom.

As global industries continue to evolve, Cedarville University remains committed to preparing graduates who are ready to lead, serve and make a difference — both in their professions and in communities around the world.
