Cedarville University offers current faculty, staff, and students the ability to reserve and utilize minivans and 12-passenger vans for University-related travel.
Current faculty or staff must be authorized by Campus Security to drive fleet vehicles.
Current students must be authorized by a current faculty or staff member (form linked below), submit an information form to Campus Security after being authorized (form linked below), and have a physical license issued by Campus Security to drive a University vehicle.
You will need to create a login separate from your Cedarville login in order to reserve a vehicle. Your account will be enabled manually by one of our staff members.
