Cedarville University Campus Security offers background check services in our office located at Cedarville University, 251 N Main St., Cedarville OH 45314, in the Stevens Student Center (SSC). We are located in SSC Room 230, across from the DeVries Theatre, in the upper level of the SSC. You can contact us at 937-766-7992 with any questions.
We are a WebCheck location, as noted on the Ohio Attorney General’s website, processing both BCI and FBI background checks.
Our fees to do background checks are as follows:
- BCI electronic fingerprinting: $40
- FBI electronic fingerprinting: $40
- BCI & FBI electronic fingerprinting done at the same time: $65
- FBI (form FD258) ink card fingerprinting: $10
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. We are closed from 12-1 p.m. for lunch. No appointment is required.
We accept cash, credit or debit cards, and checks. All checks must be made payable to Cedarville University.
You must have a government issued photo for identification at the time of your appointment.
If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian is required to complete the WebCheck waiver before you can complete your background check.
