Mr. Jeff Reep serves as Director of Career Services and is a Certified Professional Career Coach. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the Schools of Allied Health, Engineering and Computer Science, and Business Administration as well as for The Cove, Cedarville's academic enrichment center. He has also been a CU LEADership Conference instructor and a marriage mentor for college students, along with his wife, Criss. He was previously recognized as Staff Member of the Year. Jeff has published 12 articles in professional magazines.

Jeff coached collegiate basketball for 22 years. While at New Mexico State University as the Associate Head Coach/Assistant Coach, his teams had five NCAA Division I Tournament Appearances (Sweet 16), two NIT appearances (Elite Eight), and pre-season NIT (Final Four). As the Head Basketball Coach at Cedarville University, he was twice named NCCAA Regional Coach of the Year. As a player, Jeff scored over 1,000 points and had 500 rebounds for Cedarville University basketball and was recognized as an Athlete of Honor.
