Biography

My passion is for team and team member development. Our team created and implemented a holistic team member development program called Foundations. Foundations defines the organization’s culture and is committed to the individual team member’s development. Our team and other colleagues would define me as creative, passionate, and caring. My desire is to create a culture and environment that allows for service, creativity, and decisive action. I love my career, but my family is more important and I strive to work hard at work but even harder to leave work at work. I am a follower of Jesus Christ and I am committed to Him and His word, the Bible. This commitment sets my perspective, which allows me to set the proper priorities and establish the most effective plans. I believe that you should work hard when you are at work and work even harder to not think about work when you are away. My family is extremely important to me and they keep me in line and with the proper boundaries. Danielle, my wife, is my best friend and the love of my life. We have three children: Keagan, Audrey, and Ethan.
