Take pages [page range from PDF] that look similar to an Excel spreadsheet and create an Excel file keeping the same rows and columns with the [list of columns you want] columns. Also add a row after each section to use as a subtotal for each room.

Result

It helped with taking a PDF file that looked like a spreadsheet and creating an Excel file that I could manipulate to help with the AV bids.
