Dr. Gary Phillips is pastor of Signal Mountain Bible Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He previously was a distinguished professor of Biblical studies at Bryan College, where he taught for twenty-four years and was Chairman of Biblical Studies. He holds degrees from Vanderbilt University, Dallas Theological Seminary, and Grace Theological Seminary. Dr. Phillips spoke on the parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector found in Luke 18:9-14.
