Musical Tributes Now and Then

March 29, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.

The Department of Music and Worship will present an all instrumental Masterworks concert, featuring the Cedarville University Wind Symphony and Orchestra on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 7pm in the James T. Jeremiah Chapel.

Dr. Chet Jenkins will lead the Wind Symphony in the performance of David Maslanka's final work, Symphony No. 10, "The River of Time."
The Orchestra, directed by guest conductor Luis Biava of the New Albany Symphony will perform Beethoven's Triple Concerto, featuring Prof. Carlos Elias (violin), Cole Tutino (cello) and Andrea Arese-Elias (piano).

Come listen to a night of powerful instrumental music. Join us in the Dixon Ministry Center Recital Hall at 6:30 where Dr. Jenkins will give a pre-concert talk about the Maslanka Symphony.
