Position Description:

The Cedarville University School of Pharmacy Department of Pharmacy Practice is seeking qualified candidates to fill open positions. Candidates should have an interest and expertise in ambulatory care, medication therapy management, and acute/critical care settings. The positions are full-time, clinical/tenure-track positions at the rank of assistant or associate professor.

Primary responsibilities include didactic and experiential teaching, clinical and instructional scholarship, and service to the department, school, university and the profession. Didactic teaching responsibility would be dependent on the candidates' interests and expertise. As a faculty member, the candidates will also maintain a clinical practice with primary responsibilities including: managing clinical services, supervising PharmD Residents/Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience PharmD students, and developing and executing novel clinical programs. The ideal candidates should have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, residency or fellowship training (or equivalent experience), and be eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio; board certification is highly desirable. Position Description:

The Cedarville University School of Pharmacy invites applications for a faculty position as an assistant/ associate/ full professor of pharmaceutics. The successful candidate will teach both theory and laboratory courses in the pharmaceutical science department related to pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical technology, medicinal chemistry and an elective course in any topic of candidate's choice. The candidate's teaching must involve student-focused methods of active learning geared primarily towards doctor of pharmacy students. The candidate is expected to work with faculty across disciplines to develop integrated curricular content which utilizes innovative strategies in problem-based learning methods. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining an active research initiative while overseeing student research projects. Additionally, the candidate should have a track record demonstrating leadership in their respective discipline.

This position is a full-time, 12 month, tenure-track position within the School of Pharmacy. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience. Athletic Grounds Specialist,  Athletic Grounds

Automation Mailing Clerk, Postal and Print Services 

Cedarville University is seeking to hire a full-time, non-exempt, 12-month (2080) Automation Mailing Clerk for the Postal and Print Services department. The primary duties of the position include coordinating and processing automated mailing for the University. This position will also assist the Post Office Supervisor in other related mail processing as requested.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Certify databases using computerized postal software
  • Provide cleansed database lists to print operation or outside vendors
  • Complete all mail processes including but not limited to address printing, sorting and stuffing
  • Completes all required paperwork for the USPS
  • Operation of addressing and folding/inserting equipment in the preparation of mailings
  • Process all UPS, FedEx, or other vendor shipments and schedule pickup as needed
  • Maintain accounting records for billing of jobs being processed and supplies used in processing those jobs

Position Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a closely related field to the activities of the Center required.  Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Curriculum Design or comparable field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of higher education experience required.
  • Previous management experience in higher education or creative settings is preferred.
  • Significant experience in building and maintaining online programs is preferred.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: instructional design, instructional technology, faculty development, learning theories and the techniques and skills of teaching.
  • Care for quality of production, ideally with successful prior experience working with creative professionals.

Young Alumni & Student Philanthropy Coordinator · Advancement

The University, under various sections of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (as amended) and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (as amended), reserves the right to discriminate on the basis of religion, marital status or sex (with regard to certain positions) where approved job description for a position indicates that the determination relates to a bonafide occupational qualification reasonably necessary to the normal operation of that particular position, or where the job description can demonstrate that the University is unable to reasonably accommodate an employee's religious observance or practice without undue hardship in the conduct of that position's responsibilities and activities.
