    Wind Symphony Concert

    Join the CU Wind Symphony for an exciting evening of music. We will open with a rousing overture by Julie Giroux. Next is Peter Hazzard's Clarinet Concerto, featuring Dr. Bruce Curlette, who holds a special connection to the work. We will perform a beautiful setting of the hymn All Creatures of Our God and King by CU alum Landon Cina. Finally, we close with our consortium premiere of Erika Svanoe's Symphony in Blue and Gold. Svanoe draws inspiration from works like Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue that combined elements of jazz with classical music. This concert is free and open to the public.
