Biography

Professor Grove is Principal Oboist with the Springfield Symphony Orchestra. She has performed as a soloist and will be featured next season along with the symphony’s Concertmaster on the Bach Double Concerto for Violin and Oboe. She is also a member of the Symphony's Woodwind Quintet. She has performed with the Columbus Symphony, ProMusica Chamber Orchestra, and Richmond Symphony. She has also performed Quiet City with the Wittenberg Chamber ensemble, where she also teaches oboe. She has given masterclasses both alone and with colleagues from Wittenberg. She has performed in such venues as Symphony Hall in Boston and Carnegie Hall in New York as a graduate student.
