Ready to accelerate your biblical and theological studies degree completion?  Cedarville offers a fully online pathway to complete both your Bachelor of Arts in biblical and theological studies and your Master of Theological Studies (MTS) in five years or less!

Cedarville’s BA-to-MTS accelerated pathway allows you to:

  • Complete both degrees fully online
  • Count select courses toward both degrees
  • Specialize in ministry, biblical counseling, biblical leadership, or worship and theology at the master’s level

After completing their undergraduate degree, students in the accelerated BA-to-MTS pathway can finish the remaining MTS requirements in one additional year or less.

You may enroll at any time. All courses are fully online and begin every eight weeks throughout the year.

Program Curriculum

  • The BA in biblical and theological studies curriculum includes:
    • 15 credits of Bible minor courses
    • 36 credits of additional general education courses
    • 24 credits in biblical studies courses
    • 24 credits in theological studies courses
    • 27 credits in ministry studies courses
  • The MTS curriculum includes:
    • 15 credits of core courses
    • 21 credits in a concentration of your choice
  • Up to nine credits of the MTS can be earned while completing the BA in biblical and theological studies and counted toward both degrees.
