Selecting a Visit Option

The best way to decide if Cedarville University is right for you is to visit our beautiful campus in Southwest Ohio. Among other things, you can attend chapel, eat in the dining hall, and tour campus, all while experiencing genuine Christian community. We want your visit to be informative and fun. And we offer several different options to fit your schedule and your goals.

Our most popular visit option is a personalized visit; you can choose any day that our admissions office is open, but we always recommend coming when classes are in session, so you get to meet our students and faculty. When you register, let us know your interests and we can customize a day just for you. You could sit in on a class that interests you, speak with a professor in your chosen academic program, meet with a financial aid representative, or even meet with a coach in your sport. You can spend a night in the residence hall and experience life on campus. To give us enough time to plan a customized visit, please register online at least two weeks before your planned visit day, at cedarville.edu/visit.

CU Fridays are high energy group visit days, designed to give you a preview of life here at Cedarville. You will enjoy a full day of activities, including attending a class and chapel, touring campus, learning about career opportunities, and hearing what students have to say about their Cedarville experience. You'll also get to participate in an academic and student life fair, where you'll meet representatives from academic departments, athletics, and ministries. CU Fridays are scheduled on specific dates throughout the year and often bring 500 or more guests to campus. If you enjoy the energy of a large group and a jam packed program, CU Friday is for you. Visit cedarville.edu/cufriday to find a date that fits your schedule.

Academic preview days are designed to introduce you to select departments. Programs including pharmacy, nursing, engineering, science and mathematics, communication, and education, offer preview days that will give you an in depth look into a particular area of study. You'll meet professors, tour facilities, participate in hands-on activities, and explore career possibilities within your field. For more information about upcoming academic preview days, visit cedarville.edu/previews.

Once you've been accepted into our incoming fall class, we offer two exclusive all access orientation days just for admitted students in the spring. Choose the one that fits your schedule best and you'll experience life behind the scenes at Cedarville. You can explore your major, take a final campus tour, meet with faculty or a financial aid counselor, and stay overnight in the residence hall to experience a Friday night on campus. You can even get your official Cedarville ID card to get a head start on your first semester. Visit cedarville.edu/visit for dates, and to register for all access.

If you can't make it to campus, or if you want to get familiar with campus before you come, you could always take a virtual campus tour, right online. Go to cedarville.edu/tour and you can tour Cedarville University from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You'll enjoy an interactive informative campus experience that will make you think you're standing right here on our beautiful campus. However you choose to visit us, we can't wait to meet you and help you discover if Cedarville is the right place for you. We hope you'll leave with great memories, new friends, and exciting possibilities. We think you'll want to return, as a Cedarville student.
