Biography

If I were a CU student… I would get plugged in! Around every corner there's a ministry to serve in, a job opportunity, a club to join, a leadership position, or an intramural team to play on. I would pick a few to fill my weeks with, and leave an open night or two for spontaneous ice cream runs with friends, movie nights, and catching a volleyball or basketball game on campus!

What is the best restaurant in the area? Condado for tacos and Clifton Mill for pancakes

What sets CU apart from other colleges and universities? The constant stream of fun activities happening on campus! Sometimes you just don't feel like making the drive to Dayton, Columbus, or Cincinnati after a full week of classes, and our campus, even on weekends, is always full of life and activities! ALT Nights are always a blast — they bring food trucks and inflatables and games, like laser tag, and show a new movie on campus.

Hometown? Grand Rapids, Michigan

Degree? B.A. in special education

Best place to visit around Cedarville? I love walking around German Village in Columbus or hiking at Hocking Hills State Park. For closer options, I enjoy hikes at John Bryan, shopping at The Greene, and checking out new coffee shops in Dayton.

Bucket list item: Take a cruise in Alaska!
