World Cup Watch Party

MISO and Mu Kappa are planning to host a World Cup Watch Party---we've gone over legal details with Brian Schroll (Legal Team) to make sure everything is set legally (screenshot of email attached above) I understand that the combo rooms will need to be set up, but we are hoping to get campus security's help with setting up, and MISO and Mu Kappa will of course be responsible for setting up the room and then tearing down/rearranging after the event. I've spoken to Jon Wood personally about this at the Student Diversity Council, and he assented that this is a good idea for an event as long as we have the legal side of things good to go, which we have no acquired (per attachment).
