One Thousand Days Transformed - The Campaign for Cedarville

Virginia Hensley

Biography

If I were a CU student... I would take advantage of all that the University has to offer. Get involved in a Bible study group, play an Intramurals sport/activity (they have several intensity levels), go on a global or local outreach ministry, and so much more. Come to Cedarville to have fun, build lifelong relationships, receive an excellent education grounded in biblical truth, and grow in your walk with Jesus Christ!

What is the best restaurant in the area? If you know me, then you know I LOVE a great cup of coffee. At Telemetry, in downtown Cedarville, they have a wide selection of coffees to satisfy your caffeine needs, and you can get a yummy sandwich and soup while you’re there, too!

What sets CU apart from other college and universities? I did not attend Cedarville University for my bachelor’s degree, so I have an outside perspective on what sets us apart. I would say the biggest attribute is that we as a University stand on the truth of Jesus Christ in everything we do. Every class attend, every professor and staff member you meet, and the students that attend this school, have a love for discipleship and a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.

Hometown? Williamsport, Pennsylvania, home of the Little League World Series

Degree? I have a B.S.B.A. in Marketing and a Master of Education

Best place to visit around Cedarville? I love to be in the outdoors and around nature. John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge are within minutes from Cedarville University. You can hike and bike the 752 acres and enjoy the nature preserve!

Bucket list item? Scuba Diving!

Territories? Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, International students, Ohio
