The Office of the Registrar will confirm the following information when requested by an outside organization:
- Name
- Address/Phone number
- Basic Attendance Information
- Major / Minor / Specializations
- Degree Date
No transcript information will be released without the student's written authorization. Transcript information includes:
- Number of credit hours
- Specific courses completed
- Grades received
- Course Schedule for a specific term
If you have signed a Privacy Hold in the Student Services Office, no information will be released about you.
