The Cove serves as a hub for multiple services, programs, and courses. We operate with many policies, procedures, and technology platforms, and each team member currently has their own write-up for their area. Because our jobs are interconnected, everyone currently has a basic understanding of the others' primary responsibilities. I want to consolidate all of this into one comprehensive handbook for the department. This handbook will serve both as a training resource and as a centralized reference. Please create a development timeline for the handbook and provide a template for its structure.
