Diversity Scholarship - Transfer
Note: This information is valid for new transfer students entering Cedarville in 2012–13.
As a Christ-centered University, Cedarville values diversity and strives to build a student body that reflects the full range of people groups comprising God’s Kingdom. The University intentionally develops student programming and financial aid policies designed to attract and serve students from an array of ethnic backgrounds.
Criteria:
The Diversity Scholarship is awarded to students who identify themselves as predominantly belonging to a minority ethnic or racial group (i.e. Hispanic or Latino, American or Alaskan Native, Asian, Asian Indian, African-American, or Pacific Islander).
Award:
- $4,000 per year
- Full-time enrollment required;(minimum 12 credit hours per semester at Cedarville)
- Limited to eight semesters of undergraduate study
- May be combined with other grants and scholarships
Renewable:
Yes, this scholarship is renewable as long as the student maintains a Cedarville Cum GPA of 2.0 or higher. Renewal check is done each year after spring semester grades are posted.
