Charles and Margaret Clevenger Piano Award

Established in 2001 by Dr. Charles Clevenger, this annually funded scholarship was created to honor his parents, Charles E. and Margaret Clevenger, whose love and encouragement have shaped him as an artist and educator. Recipients must be full-time junior or senior students students who are pursuing a degree in music with piano as the principal instrument. Recipients must demonstrate exemplary musical stewardship and Christian character and have a 3.3 GPA or above. Candidates should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) if interested in the scholarship. The chair of the school of music and worship in consultation with the department faculty selects the recipients.
