Compton/Knight Family ROTC Scholarship

Established by Harland and Pauline Knight in 2006, this endowed scholarship assists freshmen involved in the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program. Recipients must be pursuing a degree under the Department of Nursing or Department of Engineering. Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need and who achieve an SAT composite of 1260 (Math and Verbal portion only) or ACT composite of 28. Candidates must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) if interested in the scholarship. The Director of Financial Aid, in consultation with ROTC recruitment personnel, selects the recipients.
