L. Bert Frye Geology Award
This annually funded scholarship was established in 2009 by John & Jamie '04 (Case) Whitmore to assist outstanding students who demonstrate exceptional skill in research and publication in the field of geology. Recipients must be pursuing a degree in geology, have at least one semester of study remaining in their program, have a cumulative grade average of 3.3 or above on a 4.0 scale and demonstrate exceptional skill in research and publication potential in the field of geology. The Geology Faculty will select the recipients.
