July 6-10, 2020 and July 13-17, 2020
This summer, explore an exciting career in engineering at Cedarville's Engineering Camp. You will receive superior instruction from top faculty in the fields of computer science and electrical, computer, mechanical and civil engineering. Discover how engineering fits into the Christian worldview and find out what it takes to become an engineer. Then begin preparing for a lifetime of challenge and opportunity.
Engineering Camp is sponsored by the Cedarville University School of Engineering and Computer Science. Offering ABET-accredited degrees in Civil, Computer, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering as well as Computer Science, the department is on the leading edge of engineering in Christian higher education.
Engineering Camp is open to Christian students entering 11th and 12th grades, or incoming freshmen to Cedarville University, who are considering engineering as a career.
Cost and Registration Details
The $400 registration fee includes all meals, housing, field trips, activities, supplies, and a camp shirt.
For the July 6-10 week, the final deadline for registration is June 24, 2020. We are unable to refund registrations after June 24, 2020.
For the July 13-17 week, the final deadline for registration is July 1, 2020. We are unable to refund registrations after July 1, 2020.
Please note that most camps fill up before the registration deadline so register early! If a camp reaches capacity before the deadline, there will be a waitlist available.
Check into residence halls between 3-5 p.m. on Monday. Camp concludes at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, unless indicated otherwise in the camp schedule. All campers must be picked up by 2:30 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accommodate any early arrivals/late departures for any camp students. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.

What to Wear
Modest casual dress including blue jeans, shorts, and t-shirts are acceptable for camp activities. Shorts should be no shorter than halfway between the top of the knee and top of the thigh. Exposed midriff style shirts are not allowed.
For the industry tour, please bring nice casual clothing; for example, a polo shirt and khaki pants are acceptable.
Cedarville University Airport Transportation
Cedarville University provides shuttle service from Dayton (DAY) and Columbus (CMH) airports to pick up Academic Camp students between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The shuttles will drop off Academic Camp students at Dayton and Columbus airports on Friday after 3:00 p.m. Please check your camp schedule and note the check out time before you schedule a return flight. If your camp checks out at noon or later, you will want to schedule a return flight for 5:30 p.m. or later, otherwise they may miss out on scheduled activities.
For a shuttle service to Dayton, there is a $45.00 round-trip charge. For shuttle service to Columbus, there is an $80.00 round-trip charge.

Please schedule and pay for airport transportation. This must be completed by your camp registration deadline.
