Two Exciting Operas by Gian Carlo Menotti:

The Table Scene and Monica's Waltz from THE MEDIUM, and the Christmas opera, AMAHL AND THE NIGHT VISITORS

THE MEDIUM: Madame Flora is a fake medium whose conscience troubles her after a shocking encounter.

AMAHL AND THE NIGHT VISITORS: On their journey to visit the Christ Child, the Three Kings stop for the night at the home of a poor widow and her special needs son, Amahl. This was the very first heart-warming Hallmark Christmas "movie." Amahl was the first opera to be commissioned for television (NBC) and was the very first "Hallmark Hall of Fame" presentation.

This concert is free and open to the public.
