Colonel David A. Brown, U.S. Army (retired), is a decorated war veteran, having spent thirty years in the U.S. Army. Currently serving as the director of a graduate program in advanced strategic studies at the U.S. Naval War College, Col. Brown also has extensive experience in the areas of operational level warfare, adviser to foreign militaries, counter-insurgency, counter-terrorism, and the Middle East. He is a teaching Elder in his home church in Rhode Island.
