Dr. Seth Hamman is Associate Professor Computer Science and Director of Cedarville University's Center for the Advancement of Cybersecurity.

Dr. Richard Harknett is Professor of Political Science and Head of the Department, Co-Director of the Ohio Cyber Range Institute, and Chair of the Center for Cyber Strategy and Policy at the University of Cincinnati.

Klon Kitchen is a Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), where he focuses on the intersection of national security and defense technologies and innovation.
