Seeking Assistance
Counseling Services provides sessions with individual counselors, group mentorship opportunities, and the facilitation of mentorship relationships. All requests should be directed to the staff in Counseling Services.
How To Make an Appointment
- Navigate to your client portal at this link: Client Portal.
- Once on the portal, click on the “Forms” link and scroll down to the “Counseling Forms” section.
- Click on the link for “CU Counseling Intake Form”.
- Complete and submit the form.
- The scheduling assistant will reach out to set up an appointment.
- Before the first appointment, you will need to read and sign the “Disclosure Statement” which is also located in the “Counseling Forms” section.
- Once those forms are submitted, you can come in for a walk-in appointment during the walk-in times listed below.
