It was a reunion for Viv Wheeler and her birth mom when the Cedarville University sophomore visited Guatemala on a recent trip to her native country. It was the first time Wheeler met her birth mom, as she was put up for adoption in 2004 — a few months after her birth.

Building community is the goal of Cedarville University freshman Will Woods, and he is using a new podcast to reach his objective. Woods, who is majoring in marketing, is the creator and host of a new podcast, dawoodz2, that can be listened to on all podcast providers. The New Florence, Pennsylvania student uses his own curiosity to create questions for guests that he hopes will help future college students be prepared for their own college experience.

More than a lemonade stand, Cedarville University is giving high school students the opportunity to go beyond tradition as young entrepreneurs. Cedarville, in partnership with the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE), will host the inaugural Cedarville University Entrepreneurship (CUE) camp on June 4-7, 2024.
