It is the story of the Smallbone family, which gave rise to Christian recording artists Rebecca St. James and For King and Country.

Adoption is not a foreign concept to Cedarville University junior Ashlyn DeVries. As a child, she knew that her maternal grandparents raised 14 children — all adopted. Her family’s legacy combined with her experiences on a university-sponsored trip to assist children’s homes in Mazatlán, Mexico, intensified her fire for adoption advocacy.

Reducing road noise through research that helps the Ford Motor Company better understand vibration absorbers drove Michael Kennedy to his full-ride scholarship at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Kennedy earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Cedarville University in 2023.

Mental health is a significant issue in America. One rural Ohio mom is using her research to help others through various mental health struggles. Dr. Marcia Williams, assistant professor of nursing at Cedarville University, presented her research on the importance of postpartum maternal mental health at the Eastern Nursing Research conference in Boston, Massachusetts on Friday, April 5.
