Biography

Professor Swicker received her master's degree from the University of Cincinnati, where she studied monarch butterflies for her thesis research. Before starting graduate school, she was a biology laboratory instructor at Cedarville for two years.

Why Cedarville?

When I was a student at Cedarville, my professors had a big impact on my faith and it was such an encouragement to me. I am grateful to be back at Cedarville now as a faculty member, and I hope to provide the same mentorship and encouragement to my students that I experienced here.
