Campus Recreation Fitness Class Schedule

Spring Semester 2021

  • All classes are first come-first serve.

  • Participants may sign up in advance in person at the Rec Center Welcome Desk starting at 12 noon the day of the class. Participants may also wait until right before class begins to sign up (until the class is full).

  • Reserving a spot ahead of time is highly recommended for the spin classes since these classes are limited to 16 students.

  • All classes are free of charge, and are primarily for current students, faculty, staff and spouses of current students, faculty and staff.

Full Body Blast

Full Body Blast is designed to provide a full body workout through cardio and strength training. Each class will include a variety of exercises involving body weight, plyometrics, and/or circuit training to challenge your body in many ways. All levels are welcome to join!
