Celebrating Highlights of the Past Year

Monday, January 10, 2022

Students walking out of chapel

As we begin a new semester, it's a great time to reflect on God's goodness to Cedarville University in 2021. In case you missed it, we'd like to share the 2021 Highlights of the Year video and report with you.

You'll read about our historic fundraising campaign, record enrollment, and new academic programs and hear directly from students about their Cedarville experience.  Throughout the report, you'll notice a common thread: God has richly blessed Cedarville University, and everything we do, we do for Him. From cherished times in chapel to a new residence hall that will build true Christian community, you’ll see that God continues to have His sovereign hand on our campus. And, as we look to the new year, you can be confident that, by God's grace, we will continue to stand for the Word of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ. We will remain resolute in pursuing our mission to transform lives through excellent academics and intentional discipleship in submission to biblical authority.

Please take time to read this report, and be encouraged about the truly life-transforming education your son or daughter is experiencing at Cedarville University. Review the 2021 Highlights of the Year now.

Student Business Focuses on Unreached People Groups

Friday, November 12, 2021

Journal and mugWe'd like to pass along information from a student-run business from the Integrated Business Core that is using their company to shed light on an important issue: unreached people groups.

Encompass by Proclaim the Name is a Cedarville student-run company that is part of the Integrated Business Core (IBC). Their company was founded on Matthew 9:38: “Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

Their goal as a company is to remind others to pray for unreached regions of the world, like Southeast Asia and Northern Africa. In these areas, most inhabitants have not heard the Gospel or may not have the Bible translated into their language.

Read today's post to learn more about Encompass and how you can join them in praying for the lost.
