Receiving Packages at Cedarville
1. Find Your Postal Box Number
Log in to myCU and access the "View Mailing/Postal Address" task.
2. Enter Your Address
Please address all incoming packages and mail as follows:
[Your Full Name]

3. Pick Up Your Package
You will get an email when your package is ready for pickup! You'll be notified to pick up your package either at a locker bank or at the post office window. Please empty the locker bank as soon as you're able to.
Note: Please don't come to the post office window if the sender (i.e. Amazon) notifies you that your package has been delivered; wait for an email from the campus Post Office.
Forwarding Mail
Returning Students
Packages from all carriers are NOT forwardable. If you are not in summer school, make sure you use your home address for packages which will arrive after May 6. All packages received during the summer for students who are not on campus will be returned to sender through August 1. The campus post office does not have capacity to store packages over the summer.
Follow these steps to update your forwarding preferences:
- Open Smart Track Pro and login using your Cedarville credentials.
- Click on your name in the right-hand corner.
- Click on "My Settings"
- Choose "Add new Special Request"
- Choose one of the following options:
- Forward to New Address – I would like my mail sent to a new address
- Do Not Forward Mail – I am staying on campus for summer classes, please hold my mail for chosen dates.
- Forward to Home Address – I want my mail sent to my home address (typically parent's address)
Graduating Students
We need to know what to do with mail received for you after graduation. Please follow these steps to set your mail forwarding options.
Packages from all carriers are NOT forwardable. All packages will be returned to sender after graduation. First class mail (typically postcards, letters, and envelopes weighing less than 13oz) can be forwarded to your home (typically your parent’s home) address through May 20th. After May 20 all mail will be returned to sender.
Please contact all companies that send you mail or packages to give them the address you will reside at after graduation. Common contacts are:
- Amazon
- Credit Card Companies
- Banks
- Insurance Companies
- Doctors
- Cell Phone Providers
- Magazine Subscriptions

Meal and Grocery Deliveries
The Meal and Groceries drop-off location in the Apple Technology Resource Center is a quick and convenient option for receiving perishable deliveries such as groceries and restaurant orders on campus.
Ordering Information
Use the meal and grocery delivery address:
299 N. Main St., Cedarville, OH 45314
The following types of deliveries are appropriate to send to this address:
- DoorDash
- Fresh Thyme
- Grubhub
- Instacart
- Kroger
- Uber Eats
- Walmart+
- Whole Foods
DO NOT use this address for USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or Walmart orders of non-perishable items. These deliveries should be sent to the University Post Office at 251 N. Main St.
Pickup Information
The delivery service is responsible for delivery notification. Cedarville will not send any notification when a delivery arrives.
Parents: Be sure to notify students when sending gifts to students so they know to check for deliveries.
Pick up your deliveries from the shelves inside the northeast entrance of Apple.
The meal and groceries drop-off location will be available during standard building hours. Building hours over the summer months and during holiday periods may vary.
- Monday–Thursday: 7 a.m.–11:45 p.m.
- Friday–Saturday: 7 a.m.–12:45 a.m.
- Sunday: 12 p.m.–11 p.m.
NOTE: Perishable food items not picked up within 24 hours of delivery will be disposed without notice.
