Student Education Association (SEA) is a student organization open to all Cedarville University education majors. It is a Christ-centered community built on equipping teachers to serve each other and those around them, accomplished through monthly meetings and special events through the year. Its hour-long, evening meetings are engaging, real-life applicable, and different from daily classes and can include interactive activities, discussions, snacks, devotionals, presentations, games, guest speakers, and even door prizes! Special speakers include Cedarville graduates, teachers from the community, and professors sharing on topics such as interviewing for a job, living out your Christian faith in the schools, classroom management, and more.
Special events include:
- Kickoff party at the beginning of the year
- Babysitting for Cedarville graduates at homecoming
- Christmas Party
- Progressive dinner at professors’ homes
- And many other exciting events!!!
