Delaware Higher Education Office (DHEO) allows residents from Delaware to use their DE state grant award at Cedarville University.

Criteria:

Students must complete a FAFSA each academic year to determine eligibility for this need-based award by April 15th (prior to the start of fall classes)
Create DHEO account and other documents as requested by DHEO
