Stack of booksIf your student will be taking classes on campus for May term, here is some information you may need to know:

Moving In – Students may move from their current residence hall into the summer dorms on Sunday, May 5, in the afternoon. For new students or current students who need to arrange a time other than Sunday afternoon, contact Student Life at 937-766-7872 to arrange a check-in time.

Dress Code – Dress code is the same as during the school year (no shorts during class).

Medical Care – University Medical Services (UMS) is closed during May term, but there are several local health care providers that are available to students. Students will need to have a copy of their insurance cards with them.

Dining – There is only one meal plan option for May term. Students will have access to the dining hall for three all-you-can-eat meals Monday–Friday, brunch and dinner on Saturday, and lunch and dinner on Sunday. The first contracted meal is breakfast on Tuesday, May 7. The last contracted meal is dinner on Friday, May 24.

Meal times for May term are as follows:

Monday–Friday

Breakfast – 7–8 a.m.
Lunch – 12–1 p.m.
Dinner – 5–6 p.m.

Saturday

Brunch – 12–1 p.m.
Dinner – 5–6 p.m.

Sunday

Lunch – 12–1 p.m.
Dinner – 5–6 p.m.
