Purchase Form - Admissions Airport Transportation

This form is for prospective students arriving and departing from campus.
Current students seeking transportation must use the form found on the Student Life Programs Transportation page.

  • We provide ground transportation from either the Dayton Airport or Columbus Airport to Cedarville University to prospective students travelling without a parent. If parents wish to accompany their student to campus, we recommend renting a car:
  • Airport Transportation is arranged per request and is available for flights arriving or departing between 9 a.m. and midnight. If you find a flight outside of these times, please contact us.
  • We require a two-week notice to prepare for your transportation. If you wish to arrange transportation within the two week time frame, please call 1-800-CEDARVILLE to set up your transportation. Because of additional costs incurred, we require a $20 late fee for requests submitted within this two-week window.
  • Please note, when arranging travel dates, that our guests may spend a maximum of two nights on campus.
  • You will receive a confirmation call within a few days to confirm your airport transportation registration details.
