Scholarships are awarded to Richland County students attending a college or a trade school based on financial need. Students do not apply for a particular scholarship, they are matched to a scholarship based on his or her application and the scholarship's criteria.
Criteria:
- Richland County resident or graduate from Richland county high school
- Demonstrated financial need
- 2.5 GPA or above (previous scholarship recipients must have at least a 2.0 GPA).
