Paying Your Student’s Bill

As you and your student prepare for the new academic year, here is a quick reminder on how to access your student's account and make an online payment towards their bill.

Accessing your student's account:

• Visit MyCU and search "pay my bill" in the search box.
• Click on the View Student Account/Pay Bill icon.
• You can access detailed account information by clicking on Account Activity on the right-hand side of the screen.

Paying your student's bill:

• Click on Make a Payment when you are viewing your student's account.
• Enter the amount you would like to pay in the Amount to Pay box.
• Click Payment Method to proceed.
• Select your payment method, and enter any details needed for the payment method you chose. Review these carefully, then click Continue.
• Click Proceed to Payment.
• Review your payment details to ensure that everything is correct. When you're finished, click Pay Now. You're all set!

Your student’s first payment for fall semester is due August 5. Your student was sent an email alerting them that bills were available online. If you prefer an alternate payment method, you can pay in person or by mail using cash, money order, check, or debit and credit cards.
