Paying Your Student’s Bill and Returning to Campus Information

Here are two helpful reminders as you and your student prepare for the new academic year.

Paying Your Bill

Your student’s first payment for fall semester is due August 4. Your student was sent an email on July 14 alerting them that bills were available online, along with instructions for paying the bill through Student Finance.

Please note a change this year to login procedures: If you log in to pay your student's bill, you now need to add “@cedarville.edu” to the end of your parent user ID — even if you do not have a Cedarville email account. This log-in change is part of a process to provide a single sign-on to Cedarville services, but the new requirement to have "@cedarville.edu" at the end of the user name has caused some confusion. We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition!

Returning to Campus Information

Our Student Life team is providing return to campus information through the Cedarville Getting Started app. Please download the app along with your student so you have access to the latest information. Along with helpful information for new Yellow Jackets, there is a section on the app just for returning students.

Please encourage your student to check email regularly for updates from Cedarville. We are excited to welcome students back to campus August 13-15!
