The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, and is administered by IIE through its Southern Regional Center. This program enables students who have limited financial means to have the opportunity to participate in study abroad opportunities worldwide.
Criteria:
- Must be receiving a Federal Pell Grant at the time of application
- Cannot be studying abroad in a country currently under a US Dept. of State Travel Warning or Cuba
