Rachel E. Conley Scholarship

Established in 2018 by Mr. Joseph C. and Mrs. Farris L. Welsh, this endowed scholarship was created to honor the memory of their daughter, Rachel E. Conley and to assist Cedarville University students who have financial need and desire to use their performance and communication in a career. The Director of Financial Aid selects the recipients.
