Monday, April 17, 2023
It’s hard to believe, but the academic year is coming to a close in just a few weeks. We’ll be praying along with you as your student takes final exams and prepares to head home for the summer (or wherever God is taking them!). As you make plans for picking up your student, here are some things to keep in mind:
- The last contract meal for the semester is dinner on Friday, May 5.
- Students must be out of the residence halls by Saturday, May 6, at 5 p.m. (8 p.m. for graduating seniors).
- Students are able to leave before Saturday if their exam schedule allows. They will receive more detailed move-out instructions from their RD.
- Parking will be at a premium Saturday due to two commencement ceremonies (10 a.m. and 2 p.m.). If you plan to pick up your student on Saturday, you may want to come very early.
If your student will be graduating, thank you for letting us invest in his or her 1,000 days at Cedarville. It has been our pleasure to serve your family!

Friday, December 16, 2022
Cedarville University is required to provide students a 1098-T tax form for tuition payments by January 31. This tax form will be provided electronically. We will notify your student when this link is available.
If you would like to receive a copy, your student must first grant you parental access. Once you have been granted access, you will be notified when the form becomes available. Please verify that we have your current email to prevent delays in receiving this notification.
Students who worked on campus this year will receive a copy of their W-2 form in early January. By law, we cannot give parents access to a student’s W-2 form. Students can elect to receive an electronic version of the form through Dayforce. They were previously emailed instructions on how to do this. For additional information, they can reference our tax information FAQ.
