Cedarville University is excited to announce a new M.A. in innovation degree, the first of its kind at an evangelical Christian university. This is another example of how Cedarville continues to add in-demand programs that prepare its students well for the future.

And, it addresses the #1 skill employers are seeking: creative problem-solving!

In the fully online M.A. in innovation, students will gain knowledge and practical hands-on skills to lead the way in enacting real change through creative ideas. You’ll learn to think outside the box to find real solutions to consumer and organizational problems. As followers of the Master Creator, we think Christians should be the most creative problem-solvers on the planet!

If this program interests your student, they can start coursework as part of their undergraduate electives without adding any extra cost to their block tuition. And, as with most of our graduate programs, as a parent of  a current student, you can enroll in this program and receive a 15% parent discount scholarship.

Announcing New Placement Rates

Thursday, January 20, 2022

smiling graduatesYou’ve heard us talk a lot about the quality of a Cedarville education. We're excited to share new information that affirms the results of our efforts and the caliber of our students and alumni.

In a recent survey of our 2021 graduates, we found that an amazing 98.4% of the graduating class was either employed or in graduate school within six months of graduation, even in the middle of a global pandemic! Those are among the very best placement rates you will find and is well above national averages for colleges and universities. Employers seek out Cedarville graduates for their academic preparation, work ethic, and character. Our students are well-prepared to enter the workforce upon graduation.

And, not only are our graduates prepared to obtain good jobs in desirable career fields, they are being equipped to serve God and share the message of the Gospel wherever He leads them. That’s what truly sets Cedarville apart.

P.S. Our Career Services office is one of the big reasons for our graduates' placement success. Career Services offers career fairs each year with hundreds of companies and graduate schools on campus to help students connect with potential employers and build a professional network. The Career Services office also supports students with resume preparation, interview training, internship placements, career interest surveys, advising on choice of major, and much more!

Student Business Focuses on Unreached People Groups

Friday, November 12, 2021

Journal and mugWe'd like to pass along information from a student-run business from the Integrated Business Core that is using their company to shed light on an important issue: unreached people groups.

Encompass by Proclaim the Name is a Cedarville student-run company that is part of the Integrated Business Core (IBC). Their company was founded on Matthew 9:38: “Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

Their goal as a company is to remind others to pray for unreached regions of the world, like Southeast Asia and Northern Africa. In these areas, most inhabitants have not heard the Gospel or may not have the Bible translated into their language.

Read today's post to learn more about Encompass and how you can join them in praying for the lost.
